MingarWalker Glassblowing Studio, located at Jæren south of Stavanger, is a unique place for those seeking high-quality Norwegian hand-blown glass. The studio, run by Line Victorie Mingar and Benjamin Walker, combines modern design with traditional craftsmanship. At the centre of production is the ‘Egg’ - a melting furnace that keeps the glass at a constant temperature of 1100°C all year round. The process, along with the studio's mythical creatures such as ‘Dragen’ (the Dragon) and ‘Hyttenissen’, (the Cottage Gnome) creates unique glass artworks that reflect both the natural beauty of the region and the Norwegian craft tradition.

Their Norwegian yarns, such as Peer Gynt, are known for being made from 100% Norwegian wool, but for other yarns such as Merinoull, merino wool from different countries is used, especially where the quality is best.
